How can I make payments on my Ferratum Loan?

Any existing loan payments will continue as normal as part of your Ferratum Loan Agreement. Should you wish to make an additional payment, please log into your FlexMoney MyAccount where you can access payment options by direct debit, email money transfer, and online debit card. What is happening to Ferratum Canada?

Ferratum is no longer accepting applications for new loans and has made the decision to discontinue its lending operations in Canada. Will my Ferratum Loan payments still be automatically debited from my bank account?

Yes, although your Ferratum Loan is now powered by FlexMoney, all payments as per your Ferratum Loan Agreement will be debited as per your loan payment schedule. You can review your loan payment schedule by logging into your FlexMoney MyAccount.

Can I refinance my Ferratum Loan with FlexMoney?

FlexMoney offers loans up to $15K with terms up to 5 years. As a valued Ferratum client, We will do our best to provide you with other credit products or refinance your current Ferratum loan with a FlexMoney loan. Can I take a new loan with FlexMoney?
